Ingredients[]
- several cups chopped turkey
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 10½ oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz can broiled in butter sliced mushrooms
- 4 oz jar chopped roasted pimentos
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped red / orange / yellow sweet peppers
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions[]
- Cook chopped onion in butter.
- Blend in cream cheese, soup, and salt and pepper.
- Add turkey and rest of ingredients (include liquid from mushrooms).
- Bring to simmer and simmer until peppers are tender.
- Serve over hot biscuits or in little cooked pastry cups/shells.
